Required Experience and Qualifications

Experience:

1-2 years in design, branding, media, advertising, marketing or agency industry. It should not be a B2C product-based company. We are a B2B service-based company.

Qualification:

We need smart brains not certified ones. We look for creative people, not degrees.

Timings:

10:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time Fresher / Intern

Working days: Mon-Fri

Mellow Designs is a branding and digital marketing studio. We handcraft and grow brands with our services, which include designing logos from scratch to building a complete visual identity, website design, advertising, social media marketing, media planning, photography, and videos. We also provide consultation and strategic business development solutions for our clients.

We're a small yet mighty team of designers, artists, and writers. Rohit Dhongade, founder and creative director, founded Mellow Designs in 2018 as he observed the dire need for creative, high-quality design. We still believe in the same values. Responsibilities and Duties

  • You must have superb communication skills, who can speak fluently to International and Indian clients and write gripping pitch emails. 
  • You need to be a storyteller and not a credit card seller. 
  • You should be aware of various CRM platforms and know how to use them. 
  • You should be good with numbers and prompt at making Rate cards.
  • Your best quality should be the ability to convince and convert the leads. 
  • You have to research clients, write pitch docs and personalize them according to the client’s persona which will explain well about our studio and how we could help the client build their brand, since we deal only with B2B clients.
  • You need to be a hunter who can find the right clients after understanding our services thoroughly.
  • We do not expect 20 clients a month. We will be happy with 7-8 clients, but need to close on solid deals.
  • You must have an active presence on LinkedIn and other business portals and events.
  • You need to have experience in the advertising or design field  and need to know how this industry works.
  • Your job requires you to travel and meet leads and prospects in person. 
  • You will receive high incentives for every deal closed (subject to your probation period and length of project).

What you will experience:

  • You will get a chance to learn the complete process of brand/product positioning and how to creatively market a product.
  • You will work with international brands and understand the workflow and quality expected by them.
  • How to execute your ideas quickly. Your senior is a hack-master, so you get to learn all the shortcuts to finish the work smartly instead of taking long routes.

  • You have great taste in music. We love the Weeknd and Coldplay.
  • Original ideas over “inspired” ideas. Show us your sketchbook, not just your portfolio.
  • You are capable of executing tasks without being bossed/babied.
  • Chill and work. But getting work done as per the timeline. We do not entertain excuses.
  • Pet person. Or at least not allergic to fur. (We have a cat, we call him Suki)
