Titan approached us to create a captivating Ugadi ad highlighting the diverse ways this festival is celebrated across India. A campaign that will highlight Ugadi's cultural significance and reinforce Titan’s brand identity, showcasing its dedication to tradition, craftsmanship, and the spirit of joy.
Approach
Recognising the unique opportunity to connect with a broader audience, we aimed to celebrate the vibrant festivals of Chaitra Navratri, Gudi Padwa, Bihu, Baisakhi, and Ugadi, all occurring simultaneously across India. Our approach was to creatively capture the essence of these celebrations in a way that resonates with today’s youth.
Thought process
We came up with the “Be Selfie Ready” campaign, which beautifully captured the essence of the festival by intertwining it with the lively selfie culture. Our ads celebrated the joyful spirit of the festivities and engaged the audience, making them feel a personal connection to the celebrations. From ideation and storyboarding to costumes, production, and editing, all done in a week, we enhance ad conversions by translating them into regional languages and implementing hyper-local strategies.
Result
Through our colourful and vibrant ad films, we highlighted Titan watches during the Ugadi festivities, ensuring they stood out in the celebrations. This engaging approach increased customer interaction with the brand, inspiring them to embrace the festive spirit and celebrate Ugadi in style with elegant Titan timepieces.
